Day to day, Answr answers the repetitive stuff on WhatsApp from your confirmed business knowledge, and only pulls you in when it's unsure by sending you a short TL;DR and a direct question so you can decide once and move on. You can also correct it in plain language, and those corrections become confirmed knowledge so similar cases are handled automatically next time. If you ever decide you don't want Answr answering anymore, you can pause auto-replies.
